Our company has been with NOS Communications for over 2 years now and I must say we are extremely happy with their services. We have had experience with a few other long distance companies and I can’t say that they were happy experiences! NOS Communications has a great customer service department, they call to make sure everything is going well or to see if we have any questions. The bills are categorized and easy to read, the rates are low and theey have been more than helpful on some past long distance matters.
We also had the unhappy experience of being "slammed" last summer by another long distance service. NOS Communications saw that our service had been changed and called to see if there was anything they could do to get our business back. I was very upset to find that our service had been changed without my consent and NOS Communications gave me some advice on how to handle the situation and how to make sure our service could not be changed without my knowledge.
I would gladly recommend NOS Communications to anyone.
