I experienced a major problem on Friday, December 29, 2000 where it appears my account was being slammed. I immediately contacted NOS Communications and spoke with a very helpful young lady. She was very conscientious and worked diligently with me to rectify my problem. I have been with NOS Communications for approximately 4 years and I have been very happy with my service with your company. I was quite alarmed after my 4 phone numbers were being switched to another carrier. In addition to your customer care rep assisting me with my problem, she went "above and Beyond" in taking care of my problems, helped me in applying for a toll free fax number for my agency, and helped me initiate 4 calling cards for my family.
