NOS Communications delivers on its promises! As a new customer, effective 2/7/2001. I had service concerns through I remained hopeful that service promises made by sales would be backed up.
On 2/14/01, one of my facilities experienced the inablility to make intrastate long distance calls so I called NOS Communications. I had the great fortune to be assisted by a representative named Marilyn. Marilyn was an experienced professional who followed through with the problem and our local carrier as promised that same day. Her expertise with the telecommunications industry and conference calls helped to shorten the correction process by avoiding the vollying back and forth we've experienced previously with other providers. As the problem persisted into the next day, Marilyn went above and beyond the call of duty to sort through the issues with our local provider.
I am very impressed with NOS Communications's customer service and trouble call performance. My company is also in the service industry and know first hand that it's the employees who represent the company that make all the difference in a competitive industry.
