Of particular note is "Valerie" in your Customer Service Center. She has been diligent in her efforts to assist us in rectifing a billing/carrier switch-over problem with our local provider and MCI WorldCom. She took extra effort in correcting our problem and ensuring we were happy with the results. In addition, if we ever have to leave a message, she is always prompt at returning our phone calls.
