I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy I have been with my long distance service through NOS Communications. It is reliable, the bills are accurate and easy to read. The price is right, and the customer service is excellent. In particular, I would like to thank the entire customer service staff.
They have shown some exemplary patience in trying to help me with a frustrating problem. It was complicated, but your customer service representative stuck with me and listened carefully. The representative was not actually able to solve the problem right then and there, but promised to find the responsible party who would solve it, and that's just what happened...problem solved.
We all know as consumers, that customer service is a critical function...one that is often poorly performed. Thank you for being the exception to the norm!
